We hope you and your families are safe and in good health during this unprecedented time. As government decisions and guidance are rapidly being released, we wanted to provide you with an update on how Hudson Shuffleboards is managing the current situation and caring for our employees, customers, and community. As more information becomes available, we will continue to update accordingly.

Orders:

We are still accepting orders at this time. Lead times are outlined on our website under each item. For items on sale, orders can be placed to obtain sale pricing. In the event shipping dates need to be postponed, we will accommodate each customer as needed.

At the Workplace:

Within our workplace, we continue to keep the safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and the community as our paramount concern. We established preventative measures that are in line with CDC guidance. This includes best practices like regular deep cleanings, social distancing, and wearing face masks. Flexible work arrangements and telecommuting have been offered to applicable employees.

Until further notice, we are open and only allowing outside vendors on the premises for scheduled shipments and deliveries only. However, access inside our building is strictly prohibited. Our shipping and receiving department will have gloves, hand sanitizer, and masks on for preventative measures and will maintain safe distances at all times.

Installations:

In-home assembly and installation services will resume on June 1st. In order to provide a no-contact installation experience, our installers will refrain from offering the typical handshake out of respect and caution for all. Our installers will use hand sanitizer and/or soap between all deliveries. They will maintain a distance of six feet when possible.

We ask that you support our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy by maintaining this distance as well. For inside installations, please clear all pathways and leave any door(s) propped open for ease of installation. In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your installation, please contact us. We will continue to update and adapt to local regulations as they are made available.
